Psychoenergetic Transformation

A method for shifting unconscious patterns and pathways in the mind to create lasting change.

The Journey on the Road to Enlightenment

In every generation, there are a rare few individuals who—often after years of suffering—experience spontaneous awakenings and become what we call enlightened. For most of us, however, awakening is not instantaneous; it is the result of deep personal inquiry, a gradual emergence from a sleepwalking state into awareness, and, ultimately, the potential for enlightenment.

We all, undoubtedly, have had momentary enlightened experiences which we often call “aha moments,” yet they seldom lead to lasting shifts in consciousness.

Many enlightened teachers do their best to create a road map for the rest of us, but the one frustration they seem to have is how to articulate what this state of being is actually like. So we often end up with glimpses of what it’s like to be “there” without the instruction booklet on how to get there.

I don’t claim to be one of those rare few, but I’m certain this work is at least a partial instruction booklet for the journey on the road to enlightenment.

A brief introduction to this work:

  • Applied kinesiology allows us to access the subconscious and unconscious through the mind-body connection. By gently applying pressure to an arm while asking questions, disruptive patterns, and imbalances in the mind—what we call negative charges—that may be negatively influencing your well-being can be identified. This process bypasses conscious thinking, verbal and mental filters, offering a deeper, more direct, and intuitive understanding of what one truly needs to become whole, again.

You may have heard this work referred to as “muscle testing,” which can be misleading—it’s not about testing the muscle, but rather using the muscle as a communication pathway to the mind.

  • A negative charge is a mental pattern that diminishes you—an unconscious pathway that holds you back. A positive charge, on the other hand, strengthens and enhances your life, reinforcing who you truly are. The goal isn’t to change the positive pathways—those are already serving you. Instead, we focus on identifying and clearing the negative ones so you can move forward unimpeded. In nautical terms, what I call, “without dragging the anchors” that are holding you back.

  • I developed this system after many years of being fundamentally resistant to traditional therapy—I needed a better way in. So, I invented “a better mousetrap” in essence, a real-time dialogue with one’s mind.

One of the mind’s jobs is to protect you, to ensure your survival. But it also acts as a storyteller, shaping one’s reality in ways that aren’t always true or in one’s best interest. Most people accept their thoughts, beliefs, and emotions at face value, convinced that their thoughts, beliefs and emotions are who they really are without questioning them. What we do here is different—we put those narratives under inquiry, allowing one to break free from the unconscious patterns that hold us back. In the words of Carl Jung, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

  • The comma is there for a reason. It marks a return—not to something new, but to something original. It is my opinion that we have been enlightened once before, and that was the day we were born. We come into this world innocent, as pure love. Unburdened. Untouched by judgment, fear, shame, or guilt. We were then progressively programmed, conditioned, domesticated—whatever you want to call it. It’s probably necessary so that we don’t live in a lawless chaotic society, but our priceless innocence gets lost in the process. We learn to live in fear, become reactive and defensive to protect ourselves from a myriad of imaginary threats and believe the stories taught to us by others, or we create ourselves, that supposedly keep us safe. But they also make us smaller than we truly are.

This work is about returning home to the essence of our selves. To the love that we are, that has always been there beneath the conditioning that we’ve come to believe in. Through the process of identifying and clearing negative charges (mental formats), we remove what’s not true, so that what is true—your innate wholeness—can come forward.

It’s not about adding anything new. It’s about subtracting the false.
Not about fixing you—because you’re not broken.
It’s about remembering who you are before the world told you otherwise.
    It’s about becoming whole, again.

THE MIND

A deep exploration of thought, emotion, and awareness—uncovering the subconscious forces shaping perception.

ENERGETIC

THE PROGRAMS, STORIES & PATHWAYS IN THE MIND

The mind is an intricate web of beliefs and learned patterns programmed into all of us. These default pathways dictate how we engage with the world, often without conscious awareness.

TRANSFORMATION
